1. What Astro Soul provides
Astro Soul provides natal-chart calculation, chart reference data, personalized astrology readings, account-based chart libraries, and related digital content. Some features are free and some are sold as one-time digital products.
2. Astrology is interpretive content
Astrology readings are provided for personal reflection, education, and entertainment. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other licensed professional advice, and they do not guarantee future events, relationship outcomes, income, health outcomes, or life decisions.
Timing sections are interpretive observation windows, not factual predictions. They describe periods or topics that the chart can support more strongly and should not be read as promises that a specific event must happen in a specific year.
3. Birth information and chart accuracy
You are responsible for the birth information you submit. Incorrect dates, times, or locations can change chart calculations and the resulting reading. If an exact birth time is unknown, use the date-only option so Astro Soul can avoid relying on houses, angles, or other time-sensitive factors that cannot be confirmed.
4. Accounts and saved libraries
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Purchases are attached to the relevant account and saved chart so access can be restored later. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person's library without permission.
5. Purchases and billing
Paid volumes are one-time digital purchases unless a product is explicitly labeled otherwise. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for supported purchases and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-related buyer terms.
Prices can differ by language edition, currency, region, or bundle and may change for future purchases. A completed purchase does not entitle you to future products that were not included in that purchase.
6. Generated reports
Reports are produced from chart calculations, program rules, and automated/AI-assisted writing systems. Generation can take several minutes and may occasionally fail or require recovery. If a paid report cannot be delivered because of a persistent technical problem, contact support so we can restore delivery or consider a refund under the Refund Policy.
You should verify important factual chart details through the technical evidence provided in the product. Generated text may contain mistakes, omissions, or interpretations you disagree with.
7. Personal-use license
You may read, copy, and export your own chart data and purchased readings for personal use, including using your own exported chart text with other tools or advisors. You may not resell Astro Soul reports as your own product, systematically scrape the service, bypass access controls, abuse generation endpoints, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
8. Service availability and changes
We may update models, prompts, chart methods, interfaces, pricing, supported languages, or infrastructure over time. We aim to preserve purchased access and saved reports, but temporary downtime, maintenance, provider outages, or compatibility issues can occur.
9. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or suspended if we reasonably believe an account is being used for fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized access, attacks on the service, automated scraping, or other conduct that materially harms the product or other users.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astro Soul is provided on an as-available basis and we are not responsible for decisions made solely from an astrology reading or for indirect losses caused by relying on generated interpretation. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms when the service, payment model, or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
